Privacy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
This explains what I collect when you visit kmfmn.com or join the email list, why, and what your rights are. Short and plain, like everything else here.
Who is responsible
Keep Moving Forward (KMF), CVR 44020289, Denmark, run by Michael Nyegaard. Contact: michael.nyegaard@gmail.com.
What I collect
- Your email address — needed to send you what you signed up for.
Why
To send you the 2-Hour Voice Workflow, the weekly build log, and occasional recommendations of tools and programs I use. Nothing else.
Legal basis
Your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You confirm your signup through a confirmation email (double opt-in), and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Where your data is stored
The email list is handled by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes the data on my behalf as a data processor. See Brevo’s own privacy policy for details.
How long
Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your data. Then it’s removed.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, or just write to me. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.
Sharing
I never sell or share your information. Affiliate links in emails may tell the vendor that a visitor came from me, but your email address is never passed on.
Cookies and analytics
I want to know which pages actually help people, so I count visits in two ways. There are no ads and no marketing cookies, and I never sell anything about you.
1. Cloudflare Web Analytics (always on, no cookies). The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. Its analytics counts page views without cookies, without storing anything in your browser and without building a profile of you. I see totals, such as how many visits a page had and which site sent them. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
2. Google Analytics 4 (only if you click “Accept”). Until you say yes, the Google script is not even loaded and nothing is sent to Google. If you accept, Google Ireland Limited sets the cookies _ga and _ga_M7VP5PYGRK (they last up to 2 years) and receives technical data such as pages viewed, the site you came from, device type and an approximate location. I also count a few anonymous events: that a signup was completed (never your email address), clicks on affiliate links (which tool) and clicks on the kit button. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off. Google may process data in the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and the Danish cookie rules). See Google’s privacy policy.
Your choice is saved in your own browser (local storage, key kmf-consent), not in a cookie, so the banner doesn’t keep coming back. You can change it any time: Cookie settings. If you withdraw your yes, the Google cookies are removed from this site.
No third-party fonts are loaded.
The video on the front page
The front page shows a preview image of my YouTube video. The image is stored on this site, so nothing is loaded from YouTube while you just look at it. Only if you press play does the video load from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From that moment YouTube (Google) receives technical data such as your IP address and may store information in your browser, under Google’s privacy policy. If you’d rather not, use the “Watch on YouTube” link or skip the video.
