This explains what I collect when you join the email list on kmfmn.com, why, and what your rights are. Short and plain, like everything else here.

Who is responsible

Keep Moving Forward (KMF), CVR 44020289, Denmark, run by Michael Nyegaard. Contact: michael.nyegaard@gmail.com.

What I collect

• Your email address — needed to send you what you signed up for.
• Your first name — optional, so emails can be personal.

Why

To send you the 2-Hour Voice Workflow, the weekly build log, and occasional recommendations of tools and programs I use. Nothing else.

Legal basis

Your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You confirm your signup through a confirmation email (double opt-in), and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Where your data is stored

The email list is handled by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which processes the data on my behalf as a data processor. See Brevo’s own privacy policy for details.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your data. Then it’s removed.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, or just write to me. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet.

Sharing

I never sell or share your information. Affiliate links in emails may tell the vendor that a visitor came from me, but your email address is never passed on.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking or marketing cookies and loads no third-party fonts or analytics.
