The time limit is the whole point. Most of the work happens while I’m walking, driving or cooking — the desk time is only for reviewing, publishing and talking to people.

Written down on day one, so you can hold me to them.

The content work: two hours a week
That’s the budget for talking, shaping and shipping. If a tactic doesn’t fit inside it, it doesn’t ship — however clever it sounds. Building the rest gets logged too, so the hours column shows my real total.

No income claims I can’t show
You’ll see my real numbers, including zero. I won’t promise you mine, and I won’t borrow anyone else’s.

AI-made content gets labeled
If a video uses an AI voice or an AI version of me, it says so. You’ll always know what you’re watching.

Only tools I actually use
Everything I recommend is something I use daily. If I stop using it, I stop recommending it.
